Having had my own children educated at Milbourne Lodge, I have a deep understanding of what makes this school so special:

Our Latest ISI Inspection
We are delighted to share a summary of our most recent inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), which took place in June 2025 under the new national inspection framework.
While schools are no longer graded in the same way, we were pleased to meet all required standards and to receive highly positive feedback across all aspects of school life, from the quality of our teaching and leadership, to the strength of our pastoral care and relationships within the community.

As part of our Enrichment Week, all of our Prep School pupils from Years 3–7 enjoyed an exciting walk to the @everymancinema to watch Toy Story 5! 🤠🚀
What a fantastic end-of-term treat! With comfy cinema seating, popcorn for everyone, and the latest adventure with Woody, Buzz and the gang, it was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work our pupils have put in this year. 💛
There were plenty of smiles, lots of laughter, and memories to last a lifetime. A brilliant day enjoyed by all! 🌟

🧭 Today’s mission: Don’t get lost! 🗺️
On our Year 8 Leavers’ Residential, students swapped technology for teamwork as they navigated from Point A to Point B using nothing but an OS map and their map-reading skills.
No phones. No sat nav. No Google Maps. Just communication, problem-solving, a trusty map and the occasional debate over which way to go! 😄
A brilliant challenge that encouraged resilience, independence and teamwork while making the most of the great outdoors. Safe to say, those OS map skills came in handy!

What a fantastic start to Activity Week! 🌟
Today, our Year 3 & 4 children had an amazing day @hobbledown_epsom on Day 1 of Activity Week. They took part in an exciting Habitat Workshop, explored the magical Imaginarium, bounced on the giant jumping pillows, scaled the climbing frames, and enjoyed meeting the animals.
It was a day full of adventure, learning, laughter, and teamwork, with lots of wonderful memories made. A brilliant start to what promises to be a fantastic Activity Week! 💚

It’s been a busy week for our Year 8 leavers as they work their way through their Leavers’ Programme. 🌟
A definite highlight was a trip to @thorpelakesuk , where they took to the water and enjoyed plenty of fun on the inflatables! 🌊💦 It was a great day and a chance to make some brilliant memories together. 😄
Tomorrow, they head off on their final residential with Milbourne Lodge. 🏕️ We hope they have a fantastic adventure and enjoy every minute! ✨
